This Yugioh Card Is In Eternal Pain

At first, the 2013 Yugioh card "Risebell the Star Adjuster" appears to be an unimportant level 3 psychic loosely connected to 2011's "Saambell the Summoner". Yet, as years went on, Konami dropped more and more cards that appeared to flesh out a full story for the character. Unfortunately, not all stories end well.
