M87 galaxy's massive jet 'extends for thousands of light-years' - NASA explains Hubble's view

The supermassive blackhole at the center of elliptical galaxy M87 is connected to a massive jet that "extends for thousands of light-years," according to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. Astrophysicist Dr. Padi Boyd explains.
