Dusty accepted, but it’s going to be a Texas bullrope match. Cody came out, and stood face to face with Randy and then slapped him. A week later, Randy faced Cody in his first match ever. At the end, Randy hit him with an RKO and pinned him to win the match. Randy tried to punt him but Dusty stopped him. Randy and Dusty finally met. At the end Randy hit him with the bell and pinned him to win the match. Randy went for the punt but Cody came out for the save. Next day, Randy intimidated Cody. They met in the ring again. At the end, Randy hit an RKO and pinned him to win the match. Randy went for the punt, Dusty came out, attacked Randy. But Randy came back with a punt out of nowhere. A week later, Jonathan Coachman told Cody he will be fired if he lays a finger on Orton. Then gave him another match, if he loses, he will be fired. He faced Daivari that night. At the end, Cody hit him with a DDT, and pinned him to win the match, remaining on Raw.
