Enjoy a recipe that I use to help my frenchies with itchy skin. It’s super easy and only 4 ingredients!

• 1/2 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
• 1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil
• 1/2 Cup of Blueberries
• 1 Can of Sardines (water based)

Blend until smooth. Add into mold, freeze and serve! 🐶😋

🐟Sardines are a natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids that may help reduce inflammation. Some of the benefits are that it is a selenium-rich super food that supports healthy joints/bones/muscles, reduces inflammation, boost heart/cognitive functions, strengthens retinal health, improves skin/coat and total body health.

🥥 Coconut Oil is a food full of dietary fats that can be a great source of primary energy for cells in the body. It helps reduce inflammation, fight harmful fungi/bacteria, help digestion and is so great for skin and coat health.

🤍 Greek Yogurt is packed with essential nutrients like calcium, protein and probiotics that can offer several health benefits. Allergies live in the gut and by keeping the gut healthy it can also relieve hotspots, allergies and itchy skin.

Frenchies are notorious for having itchy skin and both mine do. This has helped so much in additon to using 500mg CBD Oil for dogs. No more itchy skin!!! AT ALL!! This isnt a guarantee as it’s my personal experience but it’s worth giving a try as coconut oil and fish have many benefits for dogs!
