Tiniyak ni Marikina City Mayor Marcy Teodoro na tuluy-tuloy ang rescue operations at pagbibigay ng ayuda sa mga residente na apektado ng baha bunsod ng epekto ng Habagat.

Inihalintulad rin ng alkalde ang lakas ng buhos ng ulan at bilis ng pagtaas ng baha ngayon sa nangyari nang manalasa ang bagyong Ondoy sa kanilang lugar noong 2009.
