If you are a doctor using our telehealth app for the first time, you’ll need to register with your details, and after that, you can log in anytime using your email and password. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the dashboard where three compartments are available—one hour, twelve hours, and twenty-four hours—showing patient forms submitted specifically to you with their name, problem, and severity level. By clicking any card, you can view the full form, analyze the problem, and send a joint call request to the patient if you need more information. A “next” option helps you view all forms quickly without going back each time. You can even move the forms between the one-hour, twelve-hour, and twenty-four-hour sections based on the seriousness. At the bottom navigation, you’ll also find a calendar. By tapping on a date, you can view the completed appointments for that particular day, allowing you to track your past consultations with patients. The open community section lets you see all available doctors in the community, and below that forms will be displayed. You can analyze and respond to forms submitted publicly by patients if you are available. Finally, the menu bar allows easy navigation, and through the profile section you can view or edit your details.
