The competition had preferred lies in place for the first round. Paul Casey lifted his ball to clean it and then place it on a lie of his preference. After hovering his club near the ball, his ball moved slightly off its spot. What is the ruling?

A.
It needs to be determined whether the player caused the ball to moved. If there is not at least 95% virtual certainty that the player (or opponent, or outside influence) caused the ball to move, then the ball is considered to have moved as a result of natural forces (wind, water, gravity). The ball is in play from its new spot.
