This pedal Zonk I is really a nice piece, designed with high-quality vintage components and meticulously tested to ensure outstanding performance. This particular unit has a full-bodied mid-frequency sound and sharp, harmonic high frequencies with excellent sustain; every aspect of its operation was flawless. However, during transport, it probably took a wild ride with the couriers, who treated it like a rugby ball, leading a malfunction. As soon as it comes back to me, it will be thoroughly inspected, and I will make sure it sounds as good as new again.
