This piece is one of the most meaningful pieces I have ever played. This is "Into The Silent Land" by Steve Danyew. It was written for Sandy Hook. I am always tearing up whenever I hear this peace. We were lucky enough as an ensemble to have it written for us and play it at Yale University. Thank you to Steve Danyew for coming to work with us. I will never forget this experience.
