Swati Maliwal Case: New video, FIR against Kejriwal aide & what it means for AAP|

The controversy surrounding AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Mailwal being assaulted and thrashed at CM Arvind Kejriwal’s residence peaked Friday following an FIR that was lodged on the basis of Malilwal’s complaint. Maliwal has accused Kejirwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar of slapping, kicking and threatening her. Meanwhile, in a 52 second video clip, viral on social media, Maliwal is heard arguing the CM’s security personnel that she would not be leaving the spot and that she has already called the police.
