Overnight at A Rest Stop In Freezing Temperatures / Dutch Oven Wild Rice Soup.

In this week's video "Freezing Temperatures / Dutch Oven Wild Rice Soup. I was Built for the North!" I got a nasty cold virus. I don't feel well at all, but I still go to Crow Wing State Park to look for an old chapel that is somewhere inside the park. I stayed overnight at a rest stop just outside of the park along the Hwy. The visitor's center was quiet, and the bathrooms were clean. The temperature got down to -21 below zero and one of my propane tanks freeze up, thankfully I had a full tank in the truck. I made Wild Rice soup in the Dutch Oven but was not feeling well enough to eat. Thankfully the welcome center had lots of toilet paper so I could blow my nose because I ran out earlier in the day. The second day I went on a hike. The temperature was -19 below zero, but it was an enjoyable walk. The temperature was -19 degrees while on the hike. The cold air completely opened up my sinuses and I actually felt better after an hour of walking. I know some of my viewers have been waiting for another snow camping video, hopefully I can find an accessible campsite soon. I am keeping an eye out for the next big Minnesota blizzard.
