ලොව බිහිසුණුතම ත්‍රස්ත සංවිධානය යුධමය වශයෙන් පරාජය කළ සුවිසල් ප්‍රහාරක ශක්තියකින් යුත් අද්විතීය ගුවන් හමුදාවක් ලෙස නම් දරා සිට, පශ්චාත් යුද සමය තුළ ක්‍රම ක්‍රමයෙන් සිය ප්‍රහාරක ශක්තිය හීන වී උත්සව හමුදාවක් බවට පත්වීම පිළිබඳව කතා පුවතයි මේ.
