Lwemiyaga county MP Theodore Ssekikubo was arrested in connection with Monday's fracas in Sembebule where two people were shot and NRM District elections disrupted. After his arrest, Ssekikubo was held for more than two hours at the CID headquarters here in Kampala, and later this evening transferred to Masaka under tight security.
