These are some of the exercise Geoff and I do before and/or after our table training sessions every week. Of course we also do our own training in addition to this stuff a few times a week. We typically do 3 or 4 exersises as part of a warmup, table training, followed by a cooldown consisting of a couple more exercises. Stay strong and healthy friends!!!
