The Series:
Shata Raaga Ratna Maalikache, inspired by lines from Saint Thyagaraja's kriti, is a humble attempt by G.O.D. worldwide to weave a garland of Sri Swamiji's compositions with 100 precious gems (Madhurageethams) in 100 different ragas.
Madhurageethams are compositions of HH Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji which have emerged from Him during moments of His blissful communion with the Divine.

The Ragam:
Behag is the Carnatic version of the Hindustani Ragam Bihag. Known to convey a feeling of enchantment, adoration and love, this kirtan in Behag emphatically declares that it is only Bhagavan who is worthy of being adored, celebrated and glorified. Human beings who are mere mortals, self-centered Devas, planets who do not have a will of their own, and deities that do not have satva guna cannot be relied upon. Sri Swamiji says, a true bhakta would never seek refuge in anyone other than Bhagavan, and would not land at anyone else’s doorstep even forgetfully.
