Today, we’re shaking up three incredible gin cocktails, kind of in the same way we use to do during the Lazy, Pro , Clear series. But this time, we're making 3 different cocktails, each one with different level of difficulty. A perfect selection that every gin lover needs to try:

EASY : The Gimlet – A timeless classic, perfectly balanced between tart and sweet.
2.5 oz Latin Gin Secco
0.75 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup

LIME CORDIAL RECIPE

INTERMEDIATE : The Pendennis Club – A lesser-known gem with apricot and lime for a rich, complex flavor.

2 oz Latin Gin Secco
0.75 oz Lime juice
0.25 oz Apricot liqueur
0.25 Peach liqueur
0.25 Simple syrup
3 Dashes Peychaud's bitters

CLARIFIED : Sweet Hay (A Signature Clarified Milk Punch) – A silky-smooth cocktail that’s as stunning as it is delicious.
(FOR 2 SERVINGS)

First infuse 1 gr of sweet clover in 85 ml of hot whole milk for 15 minutes
In another container add:
4 oz Latin gin Secco
2 oz Lime juice
1 oz Benedictine
1 oz Simple syrup
4 Dashes Peychaud's bitters

Pour the cocktail mix over the milk.
Give a gentle stir.
Filter through coffee filter
