Two gorgeous glasshouse-style dining spots in Chennai, two very different menus – which one wins my heart? Let’s find out!

🍜 Po Shi – Adyar
A cozy treehouse-meets-glasshouse vibe, serving fresh, flavour-packed Asian plates. From the refreshing Green Apple Slushy with strawberry boba (must-try!) to perfectly balanced Burnt Chili Chicken Dumplings and earthy Charcoal Wild Mushroom Dumplings, every bite impressed.
Other standouts:
– Rock Shrimp Tempura – light, crispy goodness
– Blue Pea with Pissan Sauce – fragrant & well-cooked rice
– Katsu Ramen – crunchy crumb, umami-rich broth
– Pandan Panna Cotta – natural, fragrant, simply perfection
Most dishes priced between ₹350–₹500, with generous portions and great plating.

🍽 Chamber of Potions – Anna Nagar
A spacious, casual dining spot with a strong Indian menu (and alcohol options). Loved the crispy Zucchini Chips, soft Sambhar Idly, tangy Meen Polichathu with Coconut Rice, and comforting Coin Parotta with Chicken Curry. Chef Dilip’s Nasi Goreng with dried shrimps was a flavour bomb.
Mains are mostly ₹300–₹600, and portions are filling.
