I usually have an executor and a successor executor. And then in some cases, I've even put a third, depending on whatever the situation is. And also, if somebody requests co executors in their will, I put a clause in mind saying, if both don't want to do it, then one can do it on their own. And that's part of going to the court. That's where the court makes sure that everyone is properly noticed or waived their right to be the executors.
