My buddy Chewyshoot has been working on a brand new alternate history mod for EU4, where Rome was defeated by Carthage and never established its empire! A LOT of Europe - and the Mediterranean at large - are completely different, with several new mission trees and familiar faces from eras past still struggling for dominance.
