Stray dog in Jackson Heights needs Help Dog Grooming In Queens New York NY. Brooklyn, Manhattan

I found this dog living as stray behind the post office, its almost winter and he is going to need housing, I am seeking the help of the community to help me catch him, he also is going to need to be seeing by a Veterinarian and get updated in everything to later give this little guy a family and a place that he can call home so if you can help please let me know
