Generally I am not a fan of treadmills, but this SkillMill is no ordinary treadmill! With its self propelled belt, it requires much more engagement and control from its user. It is a very versatile machine offering the ability to adjust resistance and work on various directions of movement. The SkillMill is also great for helping to teach running form, or helping to perfect that 'continuous-conscious' running form - as you run.
