Bloodborne Lore - The Vilebloods of Cainhurst (Queen Yharnam's blood)

This is my take on the story behind the enigmatic Vilebloods who reside at Cainhurst. Quite often this group is simply categorised as the bad guy vampire archetype. However a lot of what what we learn of this group is from Alfred, who is a member of a the Executioners who is dedicated to the eradication of all vilebloods.

However if we look past his bias and examine the history of the Queen Yharnam, we can see certain parallels and learn more about both the Vilebloods and Yharnam herself.

In this video I will explain how I believe that the rogue scholar who founded the vilebloods took back the forbidden blood of Yharnam and this is the 'vileblood' which runs through their veins. I will also discuss the culture and organisation of this unique group.
