Mixed nut chikki is made with loads of dry fruits and jaggery. This is easy to make recipe that you can try at home during winter. We mostly make peanut chikki but this time try this variation you'll like it. Chikki is a great option for sweet craving and this is made with lots of nuts hence, it is very healthy and nutritious.

Tips:
1. The most important thing is to make sure jaggery syrup is cooked to right stage. If its overcooked, then chikki will be super hard. And if its undercooked, then chikki will be soft.
2. To check perfect stage, drop some jaggery syrup into a bowl of cold water, it would settle at
the bottom and forms a ball that should be in brittle consistency.
3. Mark the pieces when mixture is still warm.

INGREDIENTS
cashews – ¾ cup (100g), chopped
almond (badam) – ¾ cup (100g), halves
pistachios (pista) – 2 tbsp, chopped
walnut – 2 tbsp, chopped
pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsp (can use any other seed of your choice)
ghee/ butter – 1 tsp
jaggery – 1 cup
water – ¼ cup
