Ark - How to Build a Large House and Dino Pen - Mansion build (Great Base Location)

This is a full How to Build Tutorial for a large House and Dino Pen in Ark Survival Evolved on the Lost Island map.
The base Victorian Town House with a kind of Steam Punk design, I found a great base location that is safe from wild dinos.
The build has Dino pens on the bottom floors with room for crafting areas a lot of storage, a hatchery, a greenhouse and a landing pad on the roof.
