To be honest I do not understand fully how some blend modes work but I have put in detailed explanations on the ones that I know. In this tutorial you will see how you can change colors on an image without affecting lighting and shading, how to color in a black and white image, and how to convert a colored image to black and white using Autodesk Sketchbook. Blending layers is a useful technique you can use to enhance your images and give them a special filter. Have fun with the different blend modes that the app has to offer.
