Fermented garlic develops incredible earthen spice with molasses and caramel undertones. The sharpness of garlic is replaced by smooth sweet flavors during the fermentation process. Coupled with a wild funky mead this flavor becomes an incredible compliment to the deep rich honey in our meads.
