Seafood soup ingredients for 4lbs of fillet

2 whole fish heads, ribs, tail and bones

4lbs of medium diced fillet

Herbs:
mejorano 1 tbs
Grind thyme 1 tbs
4 bay leaves

Peppers:
4 Chipotle peppers
4 guajillo peppers

Veggies medium diced:
1 whole onion
4 garlic cloves
5 white potatoes
4 carrots
4 celery sticks
7 tomato
1 bunch cilantro

Salt

2 Shrimp stock cubes
