Got two of these trays for dinner parties, because I was tired of the food getting cold by the time the 4th or 5th person got around to getting food. These warming trays are the perfect item. They look elegant, with black glass, stainless steel around the sides, nice carrying handles, and thermostat control on the side. The range goes from warm all the way up to hot, in fact, hot enough to be too hot to touch Each tray is large enough to hold about 4-5 dinner sized plates, and will keep your food warm to hot for the entire meal. No regrets getting these, and would definitely recommend to anyone who entertains, or even for those who just want to have their food kept warm / hot for the entire meal.
