And the best part? We’re not using store-bought chips — we’re making our nachos from scratch using jowar and bajra rotis, cut into triangles and pan-fried to perfection. 💪

🌮 Ingredients:
1 cups Jowar flour
2 Tbsp Rice Flour
¼ tsp Ajwain
Half tsp red chilli powder/ paprika powder
1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
Oil as needed for kneading the dough and frying
Warm water as needed to grind

👩‍🍳 Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine the jowar flour, rice flour, ajwain, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
2. Gradually incorporate warm water and oil, kneading the mixture into a firm, pliable dough.
3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out.
4. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the rolled dough into desired shapes, such as triangles for nachos or rectangles for crackers.
5. Pan-fry the pieces on a hot tava using a small amount of oil until they turn crispy on both sides.
6. ⁠Serve with a dip of your choice and if you want my choice of the dip, then hold on for a just a few days 😉
