Mukbang at Mi aro Cha Hotel, Walbakgre Tura

Exploring the rich flavors of Garo tribal cuisine in Tura. We tried pork kapa and masala as well as chicken masala and dal with sticky rice and plain rice. We loved the chicken masala which was a prefect blend of Indian spices with local touch of condiments followed by the pork bottle gourd kapa - simple yet delectable then the pork masala, which was kind of below average.
