This is my personal 288 gallon smoker. Since I started my food truck and catering business I’ve been getting by on the 150 gallon smoker I built last year but have been needing more space! What an upgrade this is. In conjunction with starting the food truck I have had many commissioned smokers I’ve built for other local bbq restaurants and even the 330 that sent out to Denver.
