My $20 Marx

Описание к видео My $20 Marx

Episode 100: The Marx #666 2-4-2 steam locomotive was a common part of many Marx train sets made between the mid-1950s and the end of Marx production in 1974. The 666 features a diecast shell, smoke, and a working headlight.

My #666 was an auction purchase and the description stated there were problems with the headlight, reverse unit, and smoke. Therefore, I disassembled the locomotive to inspect and repair these items as necessary. In the process, I replaced the original bulb with an inexpensive LED.
