BARN FIND - Small buggy for 150$

Buddy found this buggy locally and he was excited to buy it, was very cheap, but the condition was unknown. Nobody really knew when it was moved last and apparently it had some issues with the reverse gear/lever, he bought it and we hauled it to my place to see if we can get it running and maybe put to work. I never really found enough time to really dive into this one so it just sat for months and thus i'm making a update about this thing.
