Kelly Jean Harris (Jackson, MI, 1984)

On August 10th, 1984, Kelly Jean Harris went missing while her mother was at work. Kelly would never be seen or heard from again. Over the years, suspicions grew against Kelly's stepfather, Leonard Hugall. As it would turn out, Leonard not only had a past of potential similar behavior before Kelly's disappearance, but he had also gone on to commit similar crimes again after. It would be 22 long years before Kelly's family learned what had happened to her.
