Find You… Self-Actualization through resilience, inner strength, confidence, authenticity and mindful presence. At the core here we are talking about “self-mastery,” it’s that simple.
Let this powerful percussion soundscape wash through you, cleansing you, letting you find who you really are, beneath the programming and perceptions created by external sources. Simply be mindful of your true self, your true presence, your authentic self, the self you were born.
“Mindfulness” cannot be emphasized enough on the road to self-discovery. You cannot find you from outside yourself, only from within will you be able to see.
It basically comes down to seeing you through your own eyes, not influenced by anyone or anything outside of yourself. Step back and look at YOU with fresh eyes and a blank slate.
Yes, other people can be toxic for your well being, and other things as well. Again, you must look at yourself and see all the different views you have of you that are based on how others’ see you… judge you. These position themselves right in the middle of your path to find YOU, the externally created self standing in front of you, blocking your advancement. The only way to pass is awareness, awareness of their presence, awareness of their skewed and deeply uninformed perspective, and how they influence your own perspective of you and everything else you see and hear. They are just illusions after all. The only power they have over you is the power you give them.
You know who you are… yes you do my friend, no matter how buried this true understanding of yourself is, it is there, though sadly in us all at times and phases of our journeys, it is but a quiet whispering in the recesses and shadows, sometimes faintly heard ‘neath the din. It is yours though, just reach for it, just beyond the illusion created by the outer world, it waits patiently for you. As I have said many times, “you are the helmsman of your mind.” So take the helm and set a course that leads to YOU.
In the resonance of Taos Thunder, self-actualization emerges not as a distant peak to be conquered, but as a living journey, one that unfolds through attentive presence and the willingness to unravel layers of external influence. Within each beat and every lingering vibration, the possibility to rediscover your essence presents itself: a call to set aside masks shaped by expectation, a gentle invitation to return to the quiet certainty of your core.
