This is the Scottsdale Cooker fabricated out of 3/16 Steel Plate. Features a removable Lid and Windbreak breaking down to a traditional Santa Maria Style Cooker. Grills allows the use of multiple grates, Standard Grate, Argentine Grate and the ability to drop in Cast Iron Skillets Woks and Griddles. Excellent Grill for the Back Yard Chief. Cooking choices are unlimited.
