Hu Tieu/Mi Noodle - Simple, quick and easy recipe

Want to know how to make the most simple, quick and easy, but super delicious Vietnamese Hu Tieu/Mi ever?
The secret is in the garlic mixture!
Just cook up any flavour stock you'd prefer (Pork, Beef, Chicken or Vegetarian), add the noodles you want and any topping you'd prefer (Pork belly, beef, prawns, veggies....).
Then all you need to complete the flavour, is my special garlic mixture and you will turn that simple noodle soup into that oriental Hu Tieu Mi you crave for.
