Paneer Butter Masala and Naan!

My dad and I loveeee a good hearty meal and this is one of his favourite subzis to eat!

@curryit.in has some amazing ready to cook pastes that are super easy to prepare! And it makes a yum gravy in minutes!

Just add veges/protein to the paste and stir.

@curryit.in is definitely my new go-to for quick meals.

Recipe for the naan:

1 1/2 cup plain flour
2-3 tbsp curd/dahi.
salt to taste.
3/4 tsp baking powder
Coriander and kalonji seeds.
Water.

Mix together the flour, salt and baking powder.
Add the curd and start mixing.
Add water slowly to form a soft Dough. Knead for 3-4 mins.

Cover and rest for 30 mins.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
Roll out the dough. Sprinkle kalonji seed sand coriander and roll again.

Cook on a nonstick pan till half done and then on an open flame. Spread butter and enjoy hot!
