More "Built" 6.7L Cummins Carnage! | Bent Crankshaft & Ruined Bearings!?

Описание к видео More "Built" 6.7L Cummins Carnage! | Bent Crankshaft & Ruined Bearings!?

For part two of our "built" 6.7L Cummins tear down, we dig into the bottom end of this "1200hp" engine and find EVEN MORE problems that left this build tearing up its bearings at only 1900 miles. The previous shop reused the stock oil cooler, likely without flushing it, and the crankshaft was bent making it extremely hard to turn and further destroying the main bearings.

This is on top of the weird cylinder honing, uneven deck surface, and improperly sleeved cylinder that we found in the our first go-around. You can check out that video below:

Stay tuned as we rebuild this motor the RIGHT way so that it actually makes 1200 horsepower and actually runs reliably for the life of the truck.
