3,924 homes sold → Up 10.3% year-over-year

41 days on market → Homes are sitting 25% longer

17,639 active listings → 2nd largest month ever for Houston, inventory up 31.5%

Average sales price → Holding strong at $450,859, up 1.7% YoY

Interest rates → Hit a 10-month low, bringing buyers back in the game

Good news: Houston sales are still moving, prices are holding, and buyers are active.
Bad news: More competition for sellers and longer days on market.
