On January 21st, Magnetic MRO officially opened its fifth and largest up to date aircraft maintenance hangar at Tallinn Airport City, expanding our base maintenance capacity with three new heavy maintenance bays and nearly 8,800 sqm of additional space.

This investment goes beyond operations. As Jan Kotka, Managing Director of Magnetic MRO, puts it: "Capacity on its own is not the story – capability is. The extra capacity at our Tallinn facility lets us scale critical checks, integrate more digital and data-driven processes, and introduce services our customers are asking for – setting a higher bar for turnaround, transparency, and total cost of ownership."

Key facts about our new hangar:

〰️ Dedicated maintenance platforms (tail docks, wing platforms, access stairs)

The hangar has been operational since early January 2026, with all three bays already active and supporting ongoing base maintenance projects. According to Aavo Kuus, Business Development Manager at Magnetic MRO, the expansion ensures airlines benefit from predictable outcomes and reliable access - the fundamentals customers expect from a long-term MRO partner.

It also features artwork by Estonian street artist Von Bomb Indrek Haas, reflecting our belief that technical excellence and creativity can go hand in hand.
