Oven Roasted Crispy Potatoes

Oven Roasted Crispy potatoes are the perfect side dish for dinner no matter what you’re having with them! With only a few ingredients, this simple and easy potato recipe will produce the crispiest and most delicious potatoes that you’ve ever made in the oven. Potatoes are a great unprocessed carb to add to weight loss diets, meal prepping and for large family style dinners.

Crispy Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
• 3-5 Russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1 inch cubes
• 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1-2 tablespoons Chef Ange Base Seasoning
• 1 teaspoons smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• finely chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a large stock pot up to a boil with salted water.
2. Wash, peel and chop potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
3. Boil potatoes in water for about 8 minutes
4. Drain potatoes into a colander and toss around to rough up the edges of the potatoes.
5. Let cool for a few minutes and put semi-cooked potatoes in a mixing bowl
6. Preheat oven to 385F and put convection on. (You can also use an air fryer for this if you don’t have a convection oven. Regular oven 390-395F.)
7. Coat with olive oil.
8. Mix all the spices and dry seasoning together and coat potatoes evenly with dry spice mixture.
9. Spread potatoes evenly onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and parchment paper.
10. Roast for 20-25 min.
11. Remove from oven and toss around with a large spatula, spread out evenly and put back in oven for another 20-25 min or until golden brown.
12. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 5-10 min before transferring to a serving bowl.
13. Garnish with a little fresh chopped parsley.
