And it was Walter Hagan helped the guy design it back in 1964. This is an exciting house. The price is right. It looks great. It's at the end of a dead end. Oh, my gosh. Half a mile from the highway. Wait, T.C., I've got to really cool surprises in there for you. It's got these great contemporary sleek lines. Never goes out of style contemporary stuff. Now, of course, it's got this sloping ceiling. So I don't know technically how big the room is. But for me and you talking, it's just me and you. Because we're friends. Because you're a subscriber to our videos. It's about 20 by 24. So it's really big. So you have a guest room up here. You have a granny flat teenager or you can have a kid’s fun room. Oh, my gosh. A home office. What do you need it for? There's all kinds of things. You can use this for big closet. This could actually be a bathroom. He could do a bathroom up here. Then you really got something going on as far as like a grainy flat or a teenager deal. But it's got heat and air. It's got like one of those motel jobs there. But isn't this cool?

[00:07:50] The kids, if they don't want to sit here with you and hang out, have glass, wine or whatever, the kids can run right out there. You got a beautiful playset and the woods right there. They got a hammock out here like a swinging hammock deal. And then see that race thing there?

[00:09:44] I don't know how far it is to the next thing, but it's thick. So I'm sure you get deer at night and all that stuff. Outdoor speakers. 4 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms and 2 full basses.
