This is my 6l. Video to show how your float valve should be. It trys to cleatly point out whuch way upand how the silicon washer sits.

This is helpful in cleaning. Your pressure cooker will NOT work if this is installed incorrectly, or equally if you do not clean it of debris regularly.

Ps. A 6l valve is usually red, a 3l and 5l are usually plain silver.
