Nails: Your nails protect the ends of your fingers and toes. Parts of Nail- Nail Plate, Nail Bed & Cuticle.

Glands: Glands are found throughout your skin. Types of Glands- Sudoriferous, Ceruminous, Sebaceous & Mammary.

There are several ways to keep the Integumentary System healthy, which include: Drink plenty of water, Bathe regularly, and Avoid lots of sun exposure.
