Here I brew a Vienna Citra SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) beer, using Vienna malt, Citra hops and California Ale yeast. I brewed it BIAG (Brew in a Bag) style, full volume, no sparge method. I was inspired to brew this after seeing a recipe on Cheeky Peak Brew's Facebook page which has lots of great recipe cards. Link is here - just look in the images section for the recipes:

Boil Time: 30 mins

Mash
Mash — 65 °C — 60 min
Mash Out — 76 °C — 10 min


Malts (2.5 kg)
2.5 kg (88%) — Crisp Vienna Malt — Grain — 7.8 EBC
Hops (80 g)
5 g (7 IBU) — Citra 12% — Boil — 15 min
35 g (13 IBU) — Citra 12% — Aroma — 20 min hopstand
40 g — Citra 12% — Dry Hop — 3 days
Hopstand at 80 °C

Yeast
1 pkg — Crossmyloof California Ale
Fermentation
Primary — 19 °C — 10
