It's once again Wednesday, so it's time for another installment of "Western New York Wednesday" here on the channel. This week, I'll be reviewing a beer from a brewery that I have already featured on the channel, that being the 42 North Brewing Company, and I'll be looking at their Colonel Maxwell. This is a New England-style IPA that is brewed with Cashmere, Mosaic, Citra and Azacca hops. I've typically enjoyed what 42 North does when it comes to their IPAs, so I'm looking forward to this one. Let's see what I think!

Commercial Description:

Super hazy, ripe tropical fruit and melon focused New England IPA with a pillowy mouth feel and soft bitterness. Hop profile includes Azacca, Citra and Cashmere with Mosaic added during the double dry hop.
