Enjoy a slice of Julia Child’s Queen of Sheba Cake! Very moist and delicious!!!

Ingredients:
4 ounce semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, melted
2Tb. Dark rum or Espresso
1 stick unsalted butter, 4 ounces
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs separated
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp. Almond extract
3/4 cup cake flour

For the egg whites:
Scant 1/4 tsp. Cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
2 Tb. Sugar

Bake in an 8” cake pan
350 degrees
Bake for 25 minutes

The center should jiggle just a bit
