CIMA Finance Leadership Program (FLP) vs CIMA Exam Route! In October 2020 CIMA announced their new & revolutionary CIMA Finance Leadership Program as an alternative to the traditional CIMA exam route.

The FLP looks to eliminate the nine objective tests & instead replacing them with online learning, business simulations & tests that aid progress through the qualification which eventually will provide you with the CGMA designation, much like the traditional exam route.

Today I am going to run through a comparison of the CIMA FLP Program & whether or not I recommend this over the exam route. I will also explain in detail the candidates who this route could be useful for.
