Описание к видео Sooji Ka Halwa with Twist, Do you know the other name of this Halwa?

Recipe details

Ingredients-
1. Suji/Semolina 1 cup
2. Milk 2 cup for soaking + 1 cup for cooking
3. Sugar little less than 1 cup (or 1 cup if you like more sweet)
4. Ghee 3/4 cup
5. Mix dry fruits

Recipe-
1. Soak a cup of suji in 2 cups of milk for 15-20 mins and keep aside.
2. In the meanwhile, add a tsp of ghee to a small kadhai. Saute the dry fruits on low flame for a minute and keep aside.
3. Now once the suji has ansorbed enough milk, add 2 tbsp of ghee in a kadhai. Once hot add the suji milk mix and saute on medium low flame until all lumps are removed.
(Lumps will formed in the beginning but all is settled once its well sauteed). It took me around 10 mins to saute the soaked suji/semolina.
4. Once the suji is cooked switch of the flame and keep the suji aside (seperate in a different bowl).
5. In the same kadhai add the remaining ghee. Once hot add a cup of sugar and cook on low flame until all the sugar is dissolved and caramelized (turns brown in color).
6. When the sugar is caramelized lower the flame to minimum and add a cup of milk. (Be careful at this step and stir continuously). Sugar will crystallize in the beginning but will dissolve when cooked on medium low flame for 6-7 mins.
7. Then add the suji mix, with dry fruits and mix well.
8. Cook well until halwa starts leaving the kadhai.
9. Your suji halwa is ready to be served.
